Shipping & returns
Shipping is free in France for orders over 200 euros, for lower orders, shipping costs are added.
France : Express: 15 €
European Union : Express: 25 €
Rest of the world : Express: 50 €
We occasionally offer delivery on all orders, which will be clearly indicated on our website. Please note that free delivery campaigns will be activated on your order on the checkout page.
Free taxes (non-EU customers)
All our prices include a VAT of 20% (French tax). Customers outside the European Union can buy without charge and will not be charged for any tax.
Unfortunately, we haven’t control over customs fees and can not tell you what the cost would be, since customs policies and import duties vary considerably in each country.
For parcels returned to us due to higher than expected customs fees, we reserve the right to refund the transaction less any costs incurred.
All orders are shipped by Chronopost for France, Chronopost International, DHL, and UPS for international.
Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 working days in France and Europe, and 2 to 7 working days for the rest of the world.
Orders are shipped weekdays from Monday to Friday, for those passed during the weekend, they will be processed and shipped the following week.
We will deliver the products to the address indicated on the order form.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
If you would like to return or exchange a product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to reserve another product / size.
From the delivery of your package, you have a period of 14 days to request the exchange or return of your order. You have the right to open the package, and check the content, but the product must be returned.
You must return the products purchased on RENDEZ-VOUS STORE in perfect condition. Products must not be used, used, or washed.
Original packaging, price tags, etc. must be returned with the product without being removed from the item.
Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Store Appointment will not compensate for returned packages lost in return shipping. All shipping costs that may occur upon return of products are the responsibility of the customer.
